Pollo Guisado con Arroz Blanco

Begin by heating up the pot and adding 3 Cooking Spoons of mazola Corn Oil.

Add 1 large cooking spoonful of Sofrito.

1 can of Goya tomato sauce.

2 packets of Sazon Accent.

2 1/2  Knorr Chicken Boullion Cubes.





Two pinches of ground cummin.

1 Teaspoon of black pepper.

Peel 4 potatoes.

Dice into 6 pieces.


Add 4lbs. of chicken legs.

Add the diced potatoes.


Add 1 tablespoon of adobo Goya.





Add 1 bottle of your favorite beer. I used Coors light here. You can also use wine, which I have used on occasion.



Add three cups of water, cover, let it beginning boiling. Stir occassionally to prevent the potatoes and chiecken from sticking to the pot.
