| Begin by heating up the pot and adding 3 Cooking Spoons of mazola Corn Oil. |

| Add 1 large cooking spoonful of Sofrito. |

| 1 can of Goya tomato sauce. |
 |
| 2 packets of Sazon Accent. |
 |
2 1/2 Knorr Chicken Boullion Cubes.

| Two pinches of ground cummin. |

| 1 Teaspoon of black pepper. |
 |
| Peel 4 potatoes. |
 |
| Dice into 6 pieces. |
 |
| Add 4lbs. of chicken legs. |
 |
| Add the diced potatoes. |
 |
| Add 1 tablespoon of adobo Goya. |
 |
| Add 1 bottle of your favorite beer. I used Coors light here. You can also use wine, which I have used on occasion. |

| Add three cups of water, cover, let it beginning boiling. Stir occassionally to prevent the potatoes and chiecken from sticking to the pot. |
